glass splashback

Thinking of getting a glass splashback for the kitchen. 2.5 metre worktop, sink in the middle - cupboards and shelf above.

Anyone got one?

Do you have to paint the wall white any colour you choose for the splashback shows through?

We have - the walls are green so the glass looks green.
My mum has too, her walls are cream so the glass looks white.
Means I'm stuck with this colour on the walls until we redo the whole kitchen so plan carefully! ( I didn't choose this, previous owners did, I'd go for glass again though).

I have glass splashbacks and worktop. Love them, so easy to keep clean. Mine are painted on the underneath and you can choose any colour you like.
