If you've had subsidence how long has it taken from reporting it to the insurer to actually getting it fixed?

I reported ours 6th January.

I have had to chase and chase them to reply to messages.
their website promises a reply in 2 hours during working hours. I have never had this it is usually 24 hours at a minimum o they don't reply at all and yet when they send a message its with big bold capitals IF YOU DONT REPLY IN 5 DAYS WE WILL CLOSE YOUR CLAIM

Reminded them multiple times that I was due someone out to look at movement every 6 weeks. We managed 9 weeks on the last one before I caved and called them.

There is so much more I have trouble with, appointments being ignored, turning up a week early or before 7am!
They constantly call me MR I am a Mrs I am the only one they have ever dealt with yet they seem to think i need a penis to talk to them.

I am at the end of my tether with this company my house is cracked and damaged, its starting to damage next door as well and their excuse is that they are busy at the moment
