Moved in 2 months ago. Large tree on pavement outside house. Since moving in have noticed bricks loose in front wall and driveway paving is lifting due to tree roots. Contacted council to put in pruning request (tree is huge and blocks light) and they sent claim form for wall/driveway.
Has anyone had any success claiming? What do they pay out? Cost of repairs?
I love trees and don’t want it chopped down but definitely trimmed and to limit root damage.
