I have heard others say that when you give Estate Agents notice they tell all sorts of lies and do all sorts of things to keep you in the hook.
On giving notice yesterday they have come back and said they have a second viewing tomorrow at 6pm. Hmmm. They said they would let me know the outcome.
They didn't even tell me about the first viewing - mind you they never communicate full stop which is one of the reasons I gave notice. Oh and them shouting at me that I should reduce the price to get the asking price. They said people would be bumping into each other on the doorstep and they would start a bidding war. But they said that would happen with asking price I have now lol! I refused to and told them I'd rather take it off the market and gave them notice.
Has anyone had experience of the games they play after notice is given? I do not want to be messed around any longer. Urgh it's like shark infested waters.
