Which smoke alarm and CO2 alarm?

I need to get a new smoke alarm and also a co2 alarm for my house. I'm a bit overwhelmed by the choice on amazon so wondered if anyone had access to the Which Best buys for smoke alarms! Or can recommend a reliable alarm that's easy to install. I'm after one with a built in 10 year battery rather than one that needs the batteries replaced. Cheers!

I think ours has batteries but really recommend the google nest. It’s really good, gives warnings before the actual alarm sounds, lights up at night if you need to get up without turning lights on, access remotely through the app and actually looks quite nice!
