Hello, does anyone have any experience of Countrywide? We are looking into remortgaging our property and the building society have requested a property valuation.
The house is fundamentally sound but does need some cosmetic work/redecorating, there are a few cracks on the internal walls which could do with replastering, though we won’t have time to do any of this before the valuation.
Is any of this likely to be a problem? Has anyone been in this position?
