My question is 2 fold.
Firstly does anyone live in sawbridgeworth? We are looking to move there and would like some honest opinions on what the area is like.
Secondly, we are looking at a new build development of which about 40% is classed as affordable housing. I may be ignorant but what is affordable housing? Is it social, council? Rent? Shared ownership?
I know neighbours are a lottery wherever you go. And where we live now is a mixture of owned and council properties. I am just interested in the dynamic on an ‘estate’ I suppose.
Does anyone live in a new build development with affordable housing? What is your experience? Does anyone live in affordable housing on a new development? What is your experience?
We would be making a considerably large purchase for us and I really want to make sure it’s a good move.
