Pigeons!

Sneaking on to the property board here - it's actually new office premises.

I've seen fabulous premises but the entrance is up an alleyway which was full of pigeon poo and feathers, which looked awful and will no doubt give a really bad impression to visitors.

How easy is it to humanely persuade them to move elsewhere - or is it fighting a losing battle in a city?

If there's any kind of a ledge they'll perch. Our city building has pidgeon spikes on all the possible perching spaces, but it is an uphill battle to be honest.

We’ve spent hundreds, probably over a thousand, trying to get rid of the blighters. Spikes, sticky stuff, blocked entrance,shooting, to no avail. They might be roosting or waiting for food from someone who feeds them. It is not easy to get rid of them. Good luck!

Spikes and netting, or a cat tied to a long pole so you can poke it up high.
