Ceiling is fake needs to come down and be re boarded or whatever they do with some lights.
Room needs plastering.
I'm thinking get someone in to do ceiling, it's going to be messy but at least that's done. And new lights.
Then dh and I Cleer out the kitchen, there is a tip near us so that's won't be hard except for electric in cupboard for lighting.
Then get electric back to add another socket? Do new oven wire?
Then plaster room with professional.
Then dh and I paint it.
Get plumber into do cabinets around sink and work top. Dh fits rest of cabinets.
Professional does dork top and splash back cutting.
Get tiler in for small tiles around sink?
