Victoria split level flat - which area?

I’m hoping this is the right place to post this question.

So I’m back on my feet again looking for a property to buy. I’m specifically looking for a flat in a Victorian conversion house (Victorian split level flat, 2-3 beds). In a nice area in London with convenient commute to central London and canary wharf. I have a healthy budget of 800-900k. I’ve been obsessing over Blackheath village, but I’m wondering what other areas have similar feel/properties like blackheath? Good schools would be a plus but not necessary.

I know for that money I can get a house but I don’t want to as I’m by myself and I feel a house would be too big for me. And the key is a one a nice Victoria split level flat in a nice up market area. Anything similar to blackheath? I would really appreciate the advice. The reason I want to expand the search is due to there’s not enough supply on the market right now for blackheath.

Bow or Victoria Park Village?

One more thought - between the commons (Clapham and Wandsworth) is very desirable.
Money will go even less far here but south west London has that cache, Northcote Road is very nice and I believe the schools are good.

Thank you! Clapham and Wandsworth are so nice but they are expensive and also the commute seems a bit of an effort (I work in Canary wharf) maybe I’m a little spoilt because I currently live 5 mins walk from work :(.

I love Victoria park too so I will take a look there. I didn’t know Bow has nice Victorian split level, also I’m not sure Bow is considered a nice upmarket area.
