Fitting a new kitchen, what's the most easy parts and the most difficult.

Just wondering, what we can possibly do ourselves?

Standard kitchen units are easy to assemble and put in place if you can get the hang of an IKEA flat pack. The worktops need to fit.. if the walls aren’t perfectly flat that might be tricky. Same as the kick boards if the floor isn’t level.
Electrics and plumbing probably need a professional…
