What on a survey would make you/made you consider pulling out of house purchase?

We've just had a survey back scoring practically all 3s.
The roofs keeping it together I think.
Our current house was the same, we done so much work on it and vowed never to do it again.
BUT the location and size is everything we want so we are going ahead. 🙈
I think subsidence and large cracks would be a game changer though.
