Been renting our flat for 8 years and the dreaded email came through yesterday that the landlord had decided to sell. They told me not to worry as nothing will change yet and seems to think that the landlord that owns the other three flats in the block will buy mine and let me stay but he's sure to put the rent up! My landlord has been amazing over the years and I've heard bad reports about the other one. Properties are so hard to come by in the area I need to be in (work, school, childcare etc). I lay awake all night sick with worry. Anyone else been in same situation and it worked out ok ??
