Hi i posted earlier in the year re advice on our Neighbour dispute, ill try and post the link. To summarise though there was a very damaged wall that was causing damage too our house, lots of discussions and trying too come to an arrangement they where happy with. In the end it resulted in us paying for it at great expense, the relationship broke down and even after an apology to clear the air they won't speak too us. Anyway there are Weeds growing next to our extension (on there side) which i don't want too cause damage to our property, not sure how i can deal with it without it all erupting again any wise advice or comforting words greatly appreciated
