For a while now I have wanted a Shepherd’s Hut in the garden. We have downsized and now only have two bedrooms, so both DC and their partners can’t stay over together. I would like a hut with a cosy bed, a little stove and a place to make a drink. There is easy access to the utility room with toilet etc, so no need for plumbing.
Huts are expensive, and I would prefer to build one rather than buy ready made. Has anyone any experience of building a hut? DH is pretty handy with constructing in wood, following plans etc and we work well together . I think it would be a great project!
