Vinyl Flooring

Trying to sort out flooring for my new build. Have had a couple of quotes for amtico and karendean LVT and had planned to go with this type however, one company which was recommended to us has said they will not fit these floors in new builds because they have no end of troubles. The company does sell both ranges but they are saying that new build concrete floors need a year or so to fully dry out. In that time, floors that are essentially glued down will have damp come through as part of the natural process and the flooring will lift in places. They are recommending a felt backed vinyl called design elements artisan. Anyone any views or experience?

We have wood effect vinyl flooring right through our ground floor. I'm not sure of the make but it looks the same as the one you've been recommended - and it's great! We've had it down for around 8 years now and it's only got a couple of very tiny signs of wear and tear. It's super easy to keep clean too!
