Help me decide

Currently having our kitchen painted. I was planning to have the timber frame painted the same colour as the rest of the walls. DH has now thrown a spanner in by saying he likes the contrast of having the timber painted white (currently painted white for primer coat). Have to decide by early tomorrow morning. What do you think- all one colour or keep the timber white?

I’m absolutely terrible about making decisions so helps to have a bit of consensus! @Pinkspecs darker white would have been a good idea but have already painted the ceiling bright white and not sure about having three colours. @Bouncebacker it’s an old timber frame house so it’s part of the structure. Ideally we’d have the natural wood but it was already painted by previous owner.
