Previous thread about removals company letting us down at last minute - but want to bump due to new issue and any advice.
We moved with another company. Asked initial company to refund us in full immediately but they're saying it'll take them 5-10 working days plus two days we've already waited, so we're looking at almost 3 weeks to refund us, if we actually get it! Any advice what we can do. Cost is less than £1000 so we don't want to incur additional costs i.e. going through small courts but what can we do?
