How to make packing more fun

Okay bit of a lighthearted thread but how on earth can I make packing more enjoyable?

It's a bit early in the day for gin to help aid the boredom!

Practical and / or silly suggestions all accepted!

(And sadly no packing service, I was due one but the booking was cancelled and only thing I could get was a pick up service)

Gutted for you that your packing service was cancelled! Good music and loads of breaks I reckon, and a takeaway later tonight as a reward, good luck!

Christmas music on high volume 👏

@mklanch annoyingly the tip here is right next to a petrol station and there's massive queues around the area grrr!

Loving the idea of Christmas music on high, annoy the neighbours and don't ever have to see them again Grin

Chuck random things in boxes
Write random words on side
Randomly allocate these boxes to either the house or the attic/cellar/garage on arrival. Dont touch the stored boxes as you are busy.
In a few months, unpack the storage boxes.

I'm finally getting round to tackling the attic boxes. So far I've found wine in a box marked paperwork, school uniform with the ski equipment, half a fruit cake in a box marked board games and a pot plant (now deceased) in a box of cocktail glasses.

(We had packers and downsized)
