Does anyone have experience of how long Skipton are taking to supply funds atm? They have said up to 7 days, so just wondering what the likelihood is of them managing it sooner.

Are you talking about mortgage completion?

Surely your solicitor agrees a completion date with others in the chain, then requests the funds. In the meantime you exchange then complete on that date.

DD did this last week using Skipton, no issues at all, but all parties were working to a date about 10 calendar days in advance. Exchange happened Monday, completion Tuesday, funds arrived early.
