Having doubts about house

We have made an offer on a house which was been accepted. The house itself is really nice but the road...not so much. It's a very tight road, it's hard to drive into and parking is bad (although we will have a small drive so can park one of our cars on there) and there is a block of council flats which apparently has trouble (although I don't think this would effect us as we'd be a few houses away). Also the road just doesn't look very nice. The first time we viewed the house we did notice the road and the road leading to it wasn't great but the other roads around there are really nice and like I say the house we really like. We've been looking a while now and DP is getting impatient and says if we don't go for this one we need to buy elsewhere. We only just recently moved here, rented to make sure it was right for us , DC are settled at a really good school so I want us to stay here. Problem is this area is expensive and although we've seen a couple of nice houses within budget on RightMove over the last 6 months or so they are SSTC although we're literally checking several times a day incase of anything new available. We've also registered with the local estate agents. I'm not sure wether we just go ahead with this house knowing the house is nice and just right for us and we're in the area we want but the estate isn't great and we just keep ourselves to ourselves (which I would want to do anyway) or to pull out now but we may not find somewhere here and have to move further away (which I really don't want to do).

I would wait for another house if you're having doubts

I would wait for something you are mostly happy with. Better to say No now than 3 months down the line, having wasted time and money on both sides.
