Do I need an electrician to remove this mirror?

Or can I just unscrew it from the wall? Is it likely to be a socket behind or will I be leaving live wires that need an electrician to sort?

I'd guess a socket of some form.

It depends if its battery operated or hard wired
If wired in then yes you all leave exposed wires

Mine has wires rather than a socket
