Purplebricks and viewings

Wondering if anyone had any advice. I know understand why people don't like purplebricks!
A property was added to rightmove at weekend. I went on purplebricks online portal and requested a viewing for today. The viewing has not been accepted/confirmed or even declined. I contacted Purplebricks as I need to leave work to attend this viewing. They said viewings are done by the owner and to send them a message. I did. Still nothing. The viewing is at 2pm. There's no way of contacting purplebricks except via online portal. It's really annoying me now. Might try their online chat one more time and ask them to call the seller. If the house wasn't so perfect for me I'd have given up by now but if you don't want us to view the house, then at least decline the appointment. Am half tempted to turn up anyway but I won't.

If the owner is doing the viewings then it's the owner that is the issue not PB.

We sold with PB and our EA was pretty good. I wouldn't particularly recommend them or not. We also did our own viewings. When someone requests, you get a text, an email and a notification on the app so they really try to get hold you. They then remind you after a while if you haven't done anything.

The downside with owner viewings is they are less likely to do last minute as they are likely at work. I would request an evening (after work) or try for a time tomorrow if you don't hear back from them.

I would second what @blacklilypad has said. I sold with an online agent (Strike) - everything comes through via an app. I did my own viewings, and pretty much wrote my own add. They did the photos and floorplans. I liked it because I was in control, and everything was transparent (all offers and communication via app). The issue is with the seller and not PB.
