Please help, we have just moved into a new build with underfloor heating (speedfit) and we're not sure what we have done but we can't work the bloody thing 😂 we woke up this morning and the house is like barbados 🥵it would be funny if we weren't so hot, and have looked at the manual but there doesn't seem to be an idiots guide to controlling it. Please if anyone can help we would really appreciate, I have enclosed a pic of the control panel 🙏

@PigletJohn might know.

Oh, and that photo is blurry so you might want to try another Wink

Oh, cross post!

My parents have a similar control panel and you just press the down arrow to reduce temp and then tick. They spent ages trying to work it out and in the end we realised that is all it took!

Can you identify it here? It looks a bit like a Prowarm.

is it heated by the gas boiler, or by electricity?

If electricity, then, while puzzling it out, look for the electrical breakers in your consumer unit ("fusebox") and turn them off by flicking down. The running cost is so enormous that you may never turn them on again.

If they are heated by the gas boiler, there should be a timer or programmer.
