Plywood kitchens?

Anyone got a plywood kitchen? I like the look of them and husband likes plywood carcasses rather than chipboard. But I worry that they’re ££££

Any recommendations of companies you have used?

Thank you.

Very faddy though? Can you afford to replace the whole thing or just doors when it’s naff?

I do like them though tbf! Have you followed that Instagram account with all the plywood? Looks great!

Would love a plywood kitchen but they are very expensive. We’ve had some cupboards and shelving made by this company. It’s very well made but wasn’t cheap. They are in Scotland, they delivered to us Manchester with no bother.

They made us a shoe cupboard, a laundry cupboard, and built in shelving around a fireplace.

I don't get how they don't end up really dirty quickly?

Plykea on IKEA carcases . We had karen from oneplan draw up a design. Then simply emails them the plans. Plykea prices the doors and spacers and IKEA got the cabinets together for a single collection. DH installed it. Job done.

They are sealed. I just wipe the doors with a cloth.

"Very faddy though"

If you want you can paint it, or get car repair people to spray paint it.

Yea or replace the doors like I’ve suggested in my post? Hmm
