We are getting some building work done and our kitchen replaced. We won't have a working hob or oven for roughly a month. I know this isn't a long time but I've never had any building work done before 🙈
1)any freezable recipes we can batch cook before and microwave?
2) any healthy ish lunches we can prepare with just a fridge and microwave.
3) any general top tips for having no kitchen?

We bought 2 portable induction hobs from curry’s. Been brilliant. Will sell them on when we are done.

Yep portable induction hob and a slow cooker.
Great to come home to a tea you can just serve as you'll spend an hour cleaning dust before you can eat it!

We had a temporary sink set up in the hallway just outside entrance to kitchen, got a Baby Belling oven with hot plate on top. That plus microwave and mini fridge and we were set.

We're going through this at the moment. We had a camping single gas ring and have borrowed a second, and have mostly cooked on those, but also have the microwave and toaster.
I've washed clothes in the bath, and we're doing the dishes in a bowl in the garden. We're eating out a couple of times a week, and having simpler meals.
