Issues with new roof

We had our new roof completed mid June. The roof is fine however they replaced a skylight and since its been replaced any time it rains it leaks. At one point it was leaking from 4 different areas. The roofers have been out 3 times to try and fix it but nothing has worked. I contact him and he says he'll be out and then I end up having to chase him. I've been pretty patient and polite but it its wearing thin now and I'm worried with us getting in to autumn and winter that it still won't be fixed. Not to mention the possible damage that's being caused each time it leaks.
Does anyone have any experience and what my next steps could be? Last I spoke to him he asked if it leaked before the work they did (It didn't) so I'm concerned he's going to try and get out of this.

Get another roofer firm (or two) out to quote to repair. Ask their advice as to what's wrong and how they'd fix it. Then go back to the original people and say what you've been told needs doing/ask them to pay one of your quotes to fix it

Even if it did leak before, a new roof and skylight should fix that.

Exactly. Its so frustrating as I was so pleased with their work.

@ariela that's a good idea actually. If I can actually get a roofer out! That was half the battle when we started trying for quotes.
