I would appreciate your advice on the best Cheshire location given our circumstances.
Currently we live in Crosby but would like to move to a bigger, ideally deatched 4 bed house. We have a 1 year old so good primary and secondary schools are important to us.
My wife works in the Knowsley area and I work in Macclesfield. We will both be doing up to 3 days a week in the office.
We love Cheshire and logistically Northwich looks like a happy medium with commute taking circa 40 min each way when you can beat the traffic. We liked Hartford village which also has a new Redrow development. We would like to stay within 1 hour or so from the larger cities in Liverpool and Manchester.
Is Northwich and surrouning area nice? Would commute be ok?
We're open to any suggestions. Budget is up to £500k.
