So we are thinking of putting an offer on a very nice house, but we are not very familiar with the area. We've started looking at this area because it's on the Jubillee line which is convenient for my partner.
We had a walk there on the day of the viewing but while Dollis Hill seems nice, Neasden seems super depressing. (The house is between Dollis Hill and Neasden tube but slightly closer to Neasden .. eeek!).
There doesn't seem to be any nice shops or pubs, no high street to speak of.
The properties are gorgeous, though, and the streets seem nice and quiet.
Does anyone know this area and can you tell me more about it?
