Derry or Enniskillen or other place in Northern Ireland

Anyone got any thoughts on where is a good place (or not a good place) to live in Northern Ireland/North of Ireland?

I am originally from Derry, but have lived in London for 30 years now. So times have changed (for the better I thnk as far as Ire is concerned), but I am sadly ignorant about what it's like in other places.

Do you still have family or friends living in those areas? I have good friends living in Derry, neither are from that area but they have put down roots and settled down now. There is a lot they love about it but one thing that they find is that most people have a network of childhood friends / family etc having lived there for their whole lives so it can be lonely living there without that network. Not unique to Northern Ireland but just something to think about if moving to a close knit community type place.
