Colours for kitchen

Mumsnetters, I find your help invaluable and need it again please. Well after SOOOOOO much consideration...borrowing nearly every colour door in the kitchen company's store - I've finally decided on Second Nature / PWS in olive for the base units and porcelain for wall units (L shape kitchen with wall unit on one wall only, 12ft square room that' has north west window and backdoor leads into a glass porch facing Westish). I would have liked a wood worktop but I didn't fancy the sanding down and oiling hassle, so I'm having a durapal wood worktop but a solid wood worktop on my midi unit. I'm going to have an olive backspash over the cooker (glass) now the next big decision...tiles and paintwork. I have wood panelling on the bottom half of the walls and plaster on top. I'm thinking a neutral/ivory stonish tile (did really like an olive and orange one but I think it might become a bit too dated very quickly, all olive glass possible??). Paint, well I'm currently looking at greens / light stone top/dark stone bottom; and I've even sent for a very pale whitish pink and rose colour. Suggestions welcomed as I'm pretty useless at colours and it's taken me 3 months to choose the cabinet colours! Would love to see photos of anyone elses olive kitchens too if anyone has one. Thanks in advance :)
