We have some ridge tiles on the roof that are loose and I'm sure when the roofer gets up there he will see all sorts of issues and recommend new roof. We have no leaks as far as I am aware.
We are considering whether to move or do a loft conversion in the nest year so wondered if we do plan to stay and convert loft whether someone would know whether they need to reroof or partially re roof to do this and would be better to wait
Any thoughts?
