Magnet engineered oak floor

Does anyone here have the rustic engineered oak floor from Magnet? My builder is able to get a really decent trade deal so am thinking of going with it.

We have Howdens engineered oak in our current home - really happy with it so want similar.

Any experience of Magnet?

no, but IME their products are about average for quality, so should be OK.

You ought to visit a showroom to see if you like the look of it. See how thick the top veneer is (thicker veneers can be resanded if needed). They might possibly send you a cut sample for a nominal charge.

I'm not a fan of Magnet they seem to be forever having '50% off sales' which suggests to me that that is the real price/quality of their products.
So just hang on for 'the bargain deal'!

Trade buyers don't pay it. People buying multiple units shouldn't pay it. Anybody buying when there's a "Y" in the day shouldn't pay it.
