What colour grout?

What colour grout would look best with these patchwork tiles. The paint above them is Dulux Woodland Trail.

I am at a loss so any advice gratefully received. Except if it's don't use them as they are ready up.

I think there is enough white in the tiles to just use white.

JennaPenna · 04/09/2021 15:00

I would go white.
Feel like anything else would ruin the colours.

JennaPenna · 04/09/2021 15:00

Show us a pic!

RuthW · 04/09/2021 15:09

I'd go for dark grey. I will never ever use white grout again

EvilEdna1 · 04/09/2021 15:15

I wil try and do a photo.

They look amazing!
Changed my mind to grey

Elouera · 04/09/2021 15:19

White!

They are psychedelic enough without adding more colour Grin

SkiingIsHeaven · 04/09/2021 15:24

The same colour as the paint above in the last photo.

EvilEdna1 · 04/09/2021 15:28

Its a really tiny downstairs loo.

Thank you for your opinions! I will try to get an opinion from the tiler too although I suspect he is too wise give one.

Was the tiler a bit p*ssed, as I think one of those tiles looks like it may be upside down! Grin

BunnytheFriendlyDragon · 05/09/2021 09:53

Light grey

Telegram · 05/09/2021 09:57

Check out Silver 111 from Mapei . It's a subtle off white but looks far better than stark bright white.

HeronLanyon · 05/09/2021 10:01

Not white as think would look too stark. The suppliers website you linked to has photo of them grouted up with what looks like grey or khaki and looks really good. Nice tiles. Good luck.

isettled · 05/09/2021 10:04

A light/mid grey. I think the lighter colours in the tiles look too warm against stark white grout. Cream/beige grout would look a bit grubby.

The wall picture on the website looks like it's with a dark grey grout which looks good but might be too cool against the paint

BunnytheFriendlyDragon · 05/09/2021 10:06

I was thinking the paint should match the tiles and grout

CasperGutman · 05/09/2021 10:52

But Grey or black isn't "more colour" than white. It's the same tone, but darker!
CasperGutman · 05/09/2021 10:53

Tone? I meant hue!

PragmaticWench · 05/09/2021 11:36

What about a very soft pink?

ShowOfHands · 05/09/2021 11:38

We have very similar tiles in our bathroom and white grout.

SallyOMalley · 05/09/2021 11:41

I would go with whatever most closely matches the pale/ neutral background of the tiles. It probably isn't white. Your tiler should be able to provide a folder with coloured rods in it with all the shades of grout so that you can match up.

We did this just a couple of weeks ago in our new bathroom and we got an almost perfect match.

Bluesheep8 · 06/09/2021 09:28

Silver grey

dizzyupthegirl86 · 06/09/2021 12:11

Nothing to add but I love these. You’ve got good taste!

SecretOfChange · 06/09/2021 12:23

White grout ages badly & is hard to clean so I'd always go for grey grout for longevity. I'd choose grey grout even with white tiles - but most definitely with these colourful ones.

DespairingHomeowner · 06/09/2021 15:36

Go for white as otherwise you will see grout lines vs focusing on the tiles
