Valuation gone up £30k since spring. Demand for out side space apparently

Without any context hard to say. Some areas are still seeing very strong demand. And 30k up on a 150k property, unlikely, on a million pound property yeah quite possibly.

Sure prices can go up. But what's the issue? As it takes several months for a sale to go through inevitably the house is technically worth more when it completes.
