Would like to hear of your experiences . Can it be done for 200k ( not including the land )

I’d double check what’s included in the kit, such as foundations, roof tiles, electrics, plumbing etc. Some kit houses are literally just a structure without any finishes that will add to the cost.
If your getting a mortgage you may need it signed off by an Architect who has monitored the build.
