Another can I move the bathroom

This is a terraced house.

I'd like to fill in the "private garden" to the right, skylights on the roof and move the bathroom to the beside the stairs - using up a chunk of the dining room and then creating an open-planned kitchen diner with glass doors out to the garden. Adding an ensuite upstairs in Bedroom 3.

Do you think this fairly doable from a plumbing perspective? Or am I totally off the mark?

Definitely doable, my friend's house has it. There's no bedroom 3 on that floor, instead there's a corridor along the top of the stairs and half of bedroom 2 has been made into a bathroom
