Can anyone give me idea if how much to replace some window, they are in a commercial building some are approx 600mm x 600mm and some 1000mm x 600mm fixed glass with no openings.

I would just pick a couple glazing companies and ask for quotes.
Wood is generally more expensive than upvc. About £800-£1k per window for wood. £500 upwards for upvc.

If it's a commercial building you need to replace like for like (materials and design) or you need planning permission.

Can't get anyone to quote, 3/4 of the building are upvc, just need a rew rotton woid ones replacing with upvc.
