Sharps Fitted Wardrobes v local carpenter

I had a sharps designer come in today to provide a quote for a wardrobe over 3 metres in length (7 doors) and a double door wardrobe for the smaller room. We were quoted just under £7K.

They look lovely in the brochures and reviews do not fault the quality and the is a 12 year guarantee but it just feels like a hell of a lot to pay for MDF AND it ill take 10-12 weeks until it can be installed.

Just wondering if anyone can recommend a tried and tested carpenter that could provide a quote. We willing to consider recommendations anywhere in Zone 1 and 2 area of London

Many thanks in advance

Check FB market pla e and groups. Lots of carpenters. Also used Arti Hitech Wardrobes in Hayes.

We just had gliderobes fitted. Website was really easy to use and they can fit them for you or you can ask a local joiner to fit. Very pleased with them

try online kitchen store.co.uk

technically a kitchen manufacturer but they did our kitchen for us and all of our fitted wardrobes (3 sets) in our recent renovation. If you send them the sharps quote they'll come back with a comparison. The quality and service was amazing, and the price was loads cheaper than our quote from sharps!
