Moving to Kingsbridge, Devon..

Hi, myself and my family, husband, and 2 children aged 6 and 9 are looking at a move to Kingsbridge Devon. Can anyone recommend good schools and if we should be looking to buy in a particular area of kingsbridge? Any advise would be greatly received. Thanks

There is only one secondary school in Kingsbridge but it has a good reputation especially for a non-selective school. I am not sure about primary schools, are you looking at living in Kingsbridge itself or surrounding villages?

Ah, I have just seen the ages of your DC, I think there is only one primary school in Kingsbridge too and it got requires improvement ay the last Ofsted inspection. There are a range of primary schools in nearby villages of different sizes, Thurlestone has a good reputation.

Did you move to Kingsbridge? We are relocating from Lincolnshire with twins aged 8.. Secured place at Stokenham primary but need somewhere to rent whilst we find somewhere to buy..

Any advice?
