Hi. Our neighbours are going to be converting their loft and construct a rear dormer. We converted ours a few years ago and we built the side wall just inside our border. Our neighbour didn't want it to the edge even though we told them they would be able to use it when they converted.
We have tiles on both side walls. My question is where will there side wall be placed? Will there be a gap between the two? Or will they try to use my wall which is entirely on my side? I haven't had a chance to discuss with them because just found out about this when I saw the scaffolding up.
