House for less than £190k SW / central England?

Looking for a 2 bed house for less than £190k in SW or central England in a nice area with decent primary school. Any ideas on best location please?

Is Banbury central enough? It’s a pleasant little market town, close to Oxford, Warwick and Stratford. Some lovely primaries.

You should be able to find something in that price range in the Wellington-Taunton-Tiverton areas, & further out - as with anywhere there are nice & not so nice places, but we generally have very good primary schools. Transport however may be an issue as you do need a car to do more than just local trips, public transport isn't great. Plus a lot will depend on if you need to work too.

Sorry - meant to say that's Wellington & Taunton in Somerset & just over the border into Devon for Tiverton.
