Mold floor level

We installed a new bath not so long ago and have been smelling damp unsure where it was coming from. We have moved the bath out and found a wet patch on the concrete under the bath but can see under the wood where a skirting would be it looks dark too. We have sprayed mold spray in there but it doesn’t seem to be budging. We can still smell damp in the house, Any suggestions appreciated this is driving me crazy!

Have you fixed whatever was leaking? If you don't sort the underlying issue then the damp/mould won't go away

Mould spray won't work for something like this. You'll need to find the source and fix that- likely a small hole in a pipe? Then let it dry out first.
