Cleaning Amtico flooring!

We had Amtico flooring put down in kitchen/diner as part of kitchen renovation last year and while it feels warm underfoot during the winter months, I am starting to hate it as it attracts dirt so much. I think it’s probably the textured layer on top. Any advice on how to keep this clean without going on all four to scrub! Hmm

Just mop it like a normal floor, why does it attract more dirt?? I’ve never used their special cleaning stuff, mop kitchen floor 3+ times a week and rest of downstairs once a week, it is perfectly fine.

I mop the kitch pretty much every day, but the floor is a light grey tile design which might be the cause of the problem. High traffic areas are more brownish than other parts and unless scrubbed are not completely clean :(

Please don’t laugh but I wash my floors with Ariel Bio laundry detergent 🙈 my kitchen floor has never been so clean. Did it once as I was out of Flash as a one tome thing and have never stopped, just a couple of drops in a bucket of warm water. . I think the enzymes prob break all the stains down. My kitchen is the light marble effect amtico. Never had a problem in two years. I do wring the mop out properly before I mop, the bucket has one of those wring baskets and the amtico had never lifted or anything. What do you use to clean the floor? Swiffers don’t clean properly at all imvho.

When I lived in my flat (which is rented out now) I washed Amtico with their special cleaning stuff, but not very frequently.

We have a grey wood effect Amtico - all fine til we got the dog!

Bissell Crosswave works great. I am actually surprised I’m the first to mention it!

Thank you all for the tips! I normally just use regular floor cleaning products but will try the above. Thanks again 🙏
