New door before listing house for sale

We are hopefully listing our house for sale in around 6 months.

The front door is really drafty and if we were staying we would definitely replace - it also doesn't look great.

I was thinking I could paint it to spruce it up a bit, but it would still be drafty etc - would it be worth just replacing the door before we list the house or are we unlikely to recoup that money?

A decent front door costs about £1000. I'd just paint it.

The waiting list for new doors around here is currently more than your six months time scale. Brexit and whatever

I was going to say about the delay, clean it / paint it, if UPVC you could always look at replacing the seal, handles and letterbox if needed.

I have ordered from here in the past.
