Hello,
DH and I are looking to buy our first home, and are looking at St. Neots properties (we're renting in Cambridge). We've found a place that we like near the Eynesbury tesco, but looks like there have been several floods around the area. Although the house itself is low flood risk, I'd love to get some advice on what everyone thinks about the potential extent of damage, how thats impacting the housing market around, and maybe how bad it was the last time (early this year)?
