Property in Slade green

Hi lovely people, this is my first thread so hope I've done it correctly 😊 Just wondering if anyone can give me a insight into the area of slade green? I've found a property there that is affordable but don't know anything about the area. Any feedback would be much appreciated 👍

I don't know that area well but it's close to Dartford and easy enough to get to nicer areas like Greenwich on the train. Crossrail will be coming g to Abbeywood soon and they say it will eventually be extended to Dartford.
It would be in catchment for the Dartford Grammar schools.

I lived there 10 years ago so it may have changed but to be honest it wasnt great. Primary schools were not very good but it's easy access to train station, bluewater for shopping. Northumberland heath/ barnehurst is close and is a nicer area if you could afford there.

non descript. no amenities, highish crime. Good transport connections. Good wildlife watching. No shops, nothing like that. Poor primary schools, but access to Kent grammar schools
