Can someone please recommend me good Conveyancing Solicitor .I am based in London but going to buy a property in Bradford.

I am the first time cash buyer.

Have a look at some comparison sites, Money Supermarket, Uswitch etc. They don't have to be local to the area. Good luck 🤞🏼

The Partnership is working out well for us so far. You have to use their portal for everything rather than email but you get used to that.

Do not use O'Neill Patient. They're often on money supermarket. They're atrocious.

I second do not use O'Neill Patient, they made so many mistakes when we bought our first flat that we had to sue them afterwards.

Duncan Crossey from Murray hay was great for us. They do no purchase no fee too

He’s based in Wandsworth. We used him to sell our London house and buy outside of London

Paul Adams of Adams Kaye (London based). They’ve been incredible. I rarely have to wait more than half an hour for a response to an email. We’ve sold a house using them and exchanged on our purchase with no problems. Complete next week.
