I have bought these tiles for my small, windowless downstairs loo. I know they are not to everyone's taste and they're 'rust effect'. I love them and my children are aghast

Anyway, does anyone have any suggestions for pain colours? There is wood panelling, shaker style to about halfway up, so not sure whether to go for different colours on each.
Any ideas gratefully received.
