Please recommend stainless steel undermounted single kitchen sink

We will have white arabesque Silestone quartz worktop and planned an undermounted single kitchen sink.
I have read reviews of Grohe and Blanco sinks but many reviews say they scratch and stain quickly and easily despite manufactures' claim special coatings that prevent scratching.
Also read that undermounted sink can have mold building around the worktop area.
Just wondering what people hear recommend as the best make of kitchen sinks and what type (undermounted or insert)?
TIA

They all scratch, regardless of make. The only way to mitigate this is with one of those clear rubber sink mats. To be honest it’s not worth the bother and you just have to suck up the scratches. Never heard of mould, but I suppose it could be an issue with a wooden worktop.

Anyway, I’d say the best makes are Blanco or Hansgrohe (different to Grohe).

Insert is best to avoid the mould issue. Stainless steel ones are very low profile so look ok

The previous owners of our house installed a stainless steel under mounted sink. It does get mouldy, now sodding leaks so it can’t be fill and the quartz bench at the edge has chipped.

I would not recommend!

Ours is a rangemaster one (new build; couldn't choose). 1.5 undermount stainless seel sink. 3 years on no issues with it going mouldy. It stains if you leave coffee pads etc in it, but it is easy to clean. No problem with scratches.

To add - this is in combination with a silestone quartz worktop.
My mum had a Franke undermount with granite worktop and that's also fine (sink has rounded corners, it's not one of those with sharp corners)

I've also got a Stainless Rangemaster with Silestone. It's a double called a Kube. I wanted a very angular sink. They also do a 1 and 1.5. No complaints!
